EVANSVILLE, INDIANA, April 11, 2007 - Berry Plastics Corporation ("Berry Plastics"), an Apollo Management VI, L.P. and Graham Partners II, L.P., portfolio company today announced that it has acquired 100% of the outstanding common stock of Rollpak Acquisition Corporation ("Rollpak") a flexible film manufacturer located in Goshen, Indiana. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. The purchase price was funded utilizing existing Berry Plastics credit facilities and funds generated by operations.
