(Berry Plastics) announced that it has priced an initial public offering of 29,411,764 shares of its common stock at $16.00 per share. The common shares are expected to begin trading on the New York Stock Exchange on October 4, 2012, under the ticker symbol “BERY.” The underwriters have the option to purchase up to an additional 4,411,764 common shares from Berry Plastics, at the same price. The offering is expected to close on or about October 9, 2012 subject to customary closing conditions.
BofA Merrill Lynch, Citigroup, Barclays, Deutsche Bank Securities, Credit Suisse, Goldman, Sachs & Co. and Baird are acting as joint book-running managers for the offering.
