EVANSVILLE, IN - (September 21, 2006) - Berry Plastics Corporation (the "Company") announced today the completion of its previously announced tender offer and consent solicitation (the "Offer") for any and all of its outstanding $335,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 10.75% Senior Subordinated Notes due 2012 (CUSIP No. 085790AJ2) (the "Notes") pursuant to the Offer to Purchase and Consent Solicitation Statement dated July 25, 2006 (the "Offer to Purchase and Consent Solicitation Statement"), as extended on August 7, 2006 and on September 6, 2006.

The offer expired at 12:00 midnight EST, on Wednesday, September 20, 2006, with $335,000,000 in aggregate principal amount of Notes (100% of outstanding Notes) tendered and accepted for purchase under the terms of the Offer.

Deutsche Bank Securities Inc. is the exclusive dealer manager and solicitation agent for the tender offer and consent solicitation.
